Allen Parr is a licensed minister, national conference speaker, content creator, author, father, husband and most importantly, a lover of Jesus Christ his Savior.

MINISTRY AGREEMENT

THANK YOU FOR PARTNERING WITH US.

This agreement is made between Allen Parr Ministries (hereinafter known as “Speaker”) and Church/Organization indicated below (hereinafter known as “Host”) for contracted services of Allen Parr. Allen Parr Ministries operates as a full-time, faith-based ministry. Thank you for completing our Booking Form. Allen is available for the submitted dates.

MINISTRY AGREEMENT

Honorarium

I agree to compensate for the agreed upon honorarium between Speaker and Host.

Travel & Lodging Expenses

Reimbursement of all expenses including transportation, meals, hotel, etc. while on the way to and from, as well as during your event for Speaker and his wife (this does not apply for local events) should be covered by Host. Outstanding travel & meal expenses incurred by Speaker are to be reimbursed by Host within 30 days after event. Speaker will submit receipts to Host.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel within 30 days of the event, we ask for 50% of stated honorarium still be due to Speaker.

Payment

Honorarium amount will be due at the time of your event date. Host can give check made payable to Allen Parr Ministries to Speaker. Please notify our office if other arrangements need to be made.
